The Elites collection is also obtained from sets. For the 91 OVR Elites, you need two 89 OVR players from the program and one 85 OVR. For the 89 OVR items, you need two 87 OVR and an 83 OVR item that represent players from the Zero Chill event. The 87 OVR player sets require two 85 OVR and two 79 OVR items.
